This form displays the changes made to employee information during the period specified by the start and end dates.
Kwik-Pay provides support for the ATO Review process by logging changes to employee information and providing an export file in the format specified by the ATO.
Click the Export button to create a file of transactions in the ATO's format.
All data fields able to be changed by the HMRC Data Provisioning Service are recorded in the Audit Log. If the tax code, week/month 1 indicator, P45 gross or tax or student loan indicator are changed by the Data Provisioning Service, the change is recorded in the log with the user name DPS. If any of those fields are changed using the employee details screen, tax conditions tab, the change is recorded in the log using the Kwik-Pay login user name (if enabled), or the Windows login user name if the Kwik-Pay security is not enabled.
