Payee Miscellaneous Information Edit
Menu: View ~ Payees~ Payee Details ~ Miscellaneous

This form is displayed when you add a new miscellaneous information item or select an existing miscellaneous information item for change in the Payee Miscellaneous Information screen.
You can have any number of miscellaneous information items for each employee, but each type of item can only occur once for each employee..
Property
Select the type of item. You are presented with a list of the payee properties that have been defined in the View, Set up, Available Properties screen. Once a particular item has been added to the payee, it will not be available for selection when adding a new item .
Description
A short description of the payee property is displayed, The dewscription is defined in the View, set up, Available Properties screen.
Value
The value you can enter or selected will be dependant on the property type defined in the Available Properties set up screen. You may be restricted to a predefined value selected from a drop down list.
