Payee Notes

The payee notes screen provides you with an area in which you can enter any extra information about your employees. You may wish to record the dates of significant events, or just note a few comments.

When the system is started on the day or day following a note date, it will display a message stating that there are outstanding notes to view and will display the Schedule Transactions screen for you to select and view them. Once they have been selected in the Schedule Transactions screen they will be flagged as having been seen and you will not be prompted to view them again.

Whilst entering note text you will find that the <Enter> key still works the same way as it does in other screens - it presses the OK button. If you want to start a new line within the notes area, you can do so by pressing Ctrl-, that is, hold the Ctrl key down whilst you press .

If you tick the Pay Advice checkbox when editing a note, that note will be shown on the employee's pay advice whilst the note date is on or after the pay advice pay date.
